These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Algo Developer web application (the "Service" or "Platform"), operated by Algo Cafe Pvt Ltd, trading as Algo Developer ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for, adding credits to, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

The Service is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to convert your plain-English descriptions into trading-strategy artifacts — including Tradetron strategy configurations, TradingView Pine Script, and MetaTrader 5 (MQL5) Expert Advisor code. The Service generates code and configuration files only; it does not place trades, connect to brokers, or execute strategies.

The Platform and all generated code are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, trading, or other professional advice, research, or a recommendation. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers. Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, futures, options, foreign exchange, and other instruments — including automated/algorithmic trading — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. We give no guarantee of profit, accuracy, performance, or fitness for any purpose. You trade entirely at your own risk.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not maintain multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

3. Wallet Credits & Pricing

Access to AI generation is prepaid using wallet credits. 1 credit = ₹50 unless otherwise displayed.
Each generation deducts credits from your balance at the rate shown on the Platform at the time of generation. Current credit value and per-generation rates are displayed in-app and may be changed at our discretion.
Credits are a prepaid balance for accessing our services, are non-transferable between accounts, have no value outside the Platform, and carry no interest.
If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits for that attempt are automatically refunded to your wallet.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details. You must pay using the same email address registered to your Platform account so that credits are applied automatically (usually within a minute). Payments made with a different email may be delayed or require manual reconciliation — contact us with your payment reference. Purchases are also subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your Responsibility for Generated Code

AI-generated code may contain errors, omissions, or unintended behaviour. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and backtesting any code on a demo/paper account before deploying it with real capital, and for compliance with the rules of any third-party platform (Tradetron, TradingView, MetaTrader, your broker) and all applicable laws and exchange regulations. You deploy and trade any generated strategy entirely at your own risk.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt unauthorised access to other users' data or to our infrastructure.
Do not attempt to bypass credit deduction, authentication, or usage limits.
Do not resell or redistribute generated code as a competing generation service, or scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your Content & Sharing

You retain ownership of the strategies and descriptions you create. By saving content you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service (including showing strategies to users you explicitly share them with). When you share a strategy with another user's email, that user can view and edit it; you can revoke access at any time.

8. Third-Party Platforms

"Tradetron", "TradingView", and "MetaTrader" are third-party platforms not owned by or affiliated with Algo Developer. Generated code is provided for your convenience; we do not guarantee its acceptance, behaviour, or performance on any platform. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algo Cafe Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or generated code, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of credits you purchased in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algo Cafe Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and our pricing from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
