This policy explains refunds and cancellations for wallet-credit purchases on the Algo Developer (the "Service"), operated by Algo Cafe Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Wallet credits are a prepaid balance used to access a digital service delivered instantly — AI generation of trading-strategy code. 1 credit = ₹50. Each generation immediately consumes credits at the rate shown in-app.
If a generation fails due to a system or service error, the credits reserved for that attempt are automatically returned to your wallet. You are not charged for failed generations.
Credits that have already been used to complete a generation are non-refundable, as the digital service for those credits has been delivered.
Your unused credit balance may be refunded on written request to support@algodeveloper.in within 7 days of the purchase date, less applicable payment-gateway charges, at our reasonable discretion. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please include your registered email and the Razorpay payment reference.
Because AI output is inherently variable, we do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with the style or content of generated code. If you believe a charge was made in error or a generation was incorrectly billed, contact us and we will investigate.
Credits are applied to the account matching the email used at payment. If you paid using an email different from your registered account, the payment is held for manual reconciliation — contact us at support@algodeveloper.in with your payment reference and we will credit the correct account or process a refund.
Credit purchases are one-time top-ups, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel after purchase. You may simply stop using the Service; any unused balance remains subject to Section 4.
